Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 5, 2025, Lara H. Balazs notified the Board of Directors of Frontdoor, Inc. (the “Company”) that she does not intend to stand for re-election as a director of the Company when her term expires at the Company’s 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. Ms. Balazs’ decision not to stand for re-election is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
