MaterialAgreement

On August 6, 2025, Fast Track Events Pte Ltd, the operating subsidiary of the Company, was engaged by a new customer to provide event management services in an engagement agreement (the “Service Agreement”) for a service fee of USD200,000. The Company expects to complete the Service Agreement in October, 2025.
