On March 4, 2022, Warwick W. Bartlett submitted his resignation from his position as member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Esports Entertainment Group, Inc. (the “Company”), effective March 4, 2022. Mr. Bartlett did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
