Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Christopher R. Delaney, a named executive officer in the 2025 proxy statement, left his employment with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (the “Company”) effective on April 14, 2025. Mr. Delaney is not eligible to receive severance benefits pursuant to the Company’s Executive Severance and Change in Control Plan. Mr. Delaney’s departure was not related to the Company’s financial or operating results, reporting or internal controls.

Mr. Delaney was already on a leave of absence from his position as President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”). Christina L. Zamarro, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will continue to lead the EMEA business unit on an interim basis in addition to her duties as Chief Financial Officer.
