On November 3, 2022, GEX Management, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Joseph Frontiere will resign as the CEO and CFO of GEX Management effective immediately. Sri Vanamali will succeed Mr. Frontiere as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
