On July 16, 2025, Mr. Joe Hayon notified Inspira Technologies Oxy B.H.N. Ltd. (the “Company”) of his resignation, effective immediately, from the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Hayon’s resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
