Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 22, 2020, Brian Beitler resigned as Chief Marketing and Brand Development Officer of J.Jill, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of August 21, 2020 (the “Separation Date”). As of the Separation Date, Mr. Beitler shall also cease to serve in any other director or officer position held with any of the Company’s affiliates.
