Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Liberty Broadband Corporation (the “Company”) expects that an interview of John C. Malone, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, conducted with David Faber of CNBC’s “Squawk on the Street” will begin airing on CNBC at approximately 9:00 AM (ET) on November 20, 2025 and the full interview will be available online after 11:00 AM (ET) on November 20, 2025 at https://www.cnbc.com/tv/, to correspond with Liberty Media Corporation’s annual Investor Meeting on November 20, 2025. Mr. Malone may provide observations regarding the Company’s financial performance and outlook, as well as other forward looking matters.
