On May 29, 2025, MDWerks, Inc., (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Release”) announcing that the transfer agent of the Company has been changed to Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company (“Continental”), effective June 2, 2025, and has provided contact details for Continental in the Release.

GreenCove Springs, FL – May 29, 2025MDWerks, Inc. (“MDWerks” or the “Company”) (OTCQB:MDWK), a forward-thinking company leading the charge in the world of sustainable technology, today announced that the Company has appointed Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company as its new transfer agent, effective June 2, 2025. Shareholders do not need to take any action due to the change in transfer agent.
