On February 11, 2022, Monro, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.26 per share for the fourth quarter of the Company’s 2022 fiscal year, ending March 26, 2022. The dividend will be payable on March 23, 2022 to shareholders of record as of March 9, 2022, including shares of common stock to which the holders of the Company’s Class C Convertible Preferred Stock are entitled.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – February 11, 2022 – Monro, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNRO), a leading provider of automotive undercar repair and tire services, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.26 per share on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock, including the shares of common stock to which the holders of the Company’s Class C Convertible Preferred Stock are entitled.
