Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 22, 2025, Montauk Renewables, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Set forth below are the final voting results for each of the matters submitted to a vote of the stockholders at the Annual Meeting.

Proposal 1. The two director nominees nominated by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) for election to the Board were elected, each for a term that will expire at the annual meeting of stockholders held in 2028, based upon the following votes:
