On July 6, 2021, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled, “Marine Products Corporation Announces Date for Second Quarter 2021 Financial Results and Conference Call.” The press release announced the date that Marine Products Corporation will release its second quarter 2021 financial results. This release also provided the related conference call information.

Second Quarter 2021 Financial Results and ConferenceCall
ATLANTA, July 6, 2021 – Marine Products Corporation (NYSE: MPX) announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021 on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 before the market opens. In conjunction with its earnings release, the Company will host a conference call to review the Company's financial and operating results on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
Individuals wishing to participate in the conference call should dial toll-free (833) 968-2235 or (825) 312-2057 for international callers, and using conference ID number 5897006. For interested individuals unable to join via telephone, the call also will be broadcast and archived for 90 days on the Company's investor website.
