On April 11, 2023, Envista Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) and Jean-Claude Kyrillos, the Company’s SVP and President, Diagnostics and Digital Solutions, mutually agreed that Mr. Kyrillos’ employment will terminate effective June 30, 2023.
