On January 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of Oconee Federal Financial Corp. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of February 10, 2022, and will be paid on or about February 24, 2022.
