Item 2.03. Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement

On August 12, 2020, Omnicell, Inc. borrowed $150 million under its existing $500 million revolving credit facility to finance its previously-announced acquisition of the outstanding equity of the 340B Link business of PSGH, LLC, and to pay related fees and expenses.
