(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Vice President of Clinical Affairs, Dr. Andre Simon, will present three presentations at the Technology and Heart Failure Therapeutics 2026 conference to be held March 2-4, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts. Tucson, Ariz. March 2, 2026 - Picard Medical, Inc. (NYSE American: PMI) (“Picard” or the “Company”), parent company of SynCardia Systems LLC, maker of the world’s first total artificial heart approved by both the U.S. FDA and Health Canada, today announced that Dr. Andre Simon, Vice President of Clinical Affairs, will deliver three scientific and educational presentations at the Technology and Heart Failure Therapeutics (THT) 2026 conference to be held in Boston from March 2^nd^ to March 4^th^ 2026. Dr. Simon’s presentations will focus on both the current SynCardia Total Artificial Heart (STAH) and the Company’s next-generation fully implantable Emperor system, reinforcing Picard Medical’s leadership in advanced mechanical circulatory support.

Dr. Andre Simon commented, “Total artificial heart therapy continues to evolve through both clinical experience and technological innovation. Dr. Simon will present early laboratory and preclinical data demonstrating that the Emperor system preserves the proven physiologic performance of the SynCardia Total Artificial Heart. The fully implantable architecture is designed to eliminate transdermal pneumatic drivelines and enable improved mobility, quality of life, and long-term patient independence.
