Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 13, 2022, Prime Impact Cayman, LLC, the sponsor of Prime Impact Acquisition I (the “Company”), deposited an aggregate of $373,679.24 (representing $0.055 per public share) into the Company’s trust account for its public shareholders. This deposit enables the Company to extend the date by which the Company has to complete its initial business combination from December 14, 2022 to January 13, 2023 (the “Extension”). The Extension is the first of three one-month extensions permitted under the Company’s governing documents and provides the Company with additional time to complete its initial business combination.
