Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 27, 2020, QVC, Inc. (the "Company"), announced that Bob Spieth plans to retire from his position as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer effective May 13, 2020. Mr. Spieth’s duties will be allocated to others following his departure.
