Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The Company held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareowners on April 30, 2026. As of March 3, 2026, the record date for the meeting, 1,345,974,220 shares of Company common stock were issued and outstanding. A quorum of 1,194,489,831 shares of common stock was present or represented at the meeting. Set forth below are the final voting results for each of the matters submitted to a vote of the shareowners.
