Departureof Chief Financial Officer

On November 01, 2023, Mr. Tan Hock Chye, the Chief Financial Officer of SEATech Ventures Corp. (the “Company”), informed the Board that he tendered his resignation, and serving a two-month notice period as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Tan Hock Chye’s resignation was not due to a disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
