Retirement of Thomas Paulson from Seneca Foods Corporation Board of Directors

On October 27, 2020 Thomas Paulson notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Seneca Foods Corporation (the “Company”) of his decision to retire from the Board effective immediately. Mr. Paulson has served as a director of the Company since 2004 and his retirement is not due to a disagreement with the Company relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
