SHL Telemedicine’s Chairman intends to step down in the near term
Tel Aviv / Zurich / New York, August 2, 2024 - SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (NASDAQ: SHLT, SIX: SHLTN;) ("SHL" or the "Company"), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, has announced today that Mr. Yariv Alroy, Chairman of SHL, has informed the Company of his intention to step down as Chairman in the near term, so that the company may timely identify a suitable candidate to be elected to replace him as Chairman.
The Board of Directors of the Company appointed a search committee to identify a suitable person to be elected as Chairman.
