Departure of Salvatore Lento, Jr.
On May 9, 2025, Salvatore Lento, Jr. informed Skillz Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to step down from his position as the Company’s Corporate Controller effective July 11, 2025. Mr. Lento has served in this role since November 2023. Mr. Lento’s decision to step down is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company and Mr. Lento will evaluate if additional consulting and transitional services are necessary beyond July 11, 2025 to facilitate the transition and the Company’s filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 and our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025. The details of the terms pursuant to which Mr. Lento would provide such consulting and transition services will be disclosed in an amendment to this Current Report on Form 8-K, if applicable.
