On June 12, 2023, SMX (Security Matters) Public Limited Company (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that as part of its global growth strategy, Mr. Oliver Buckle-Wright will be joining the Company’s team as its Vice President of Client Success, with a starting date of July 1, 2023.

Mr. Buckle-Wright is an experienced global executive with a distinguished history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry as well as being skilled in negotiations, operations management, sales, and business development. The Company expects that Mr. Buckle-Wright’s experience along with his understanding of the Company’s technology will help expedite its growth plans, particularly within the mining industry.
