On October 30, 2022, Antoine Munfakh notified Sun Country Airlines Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Munfakh’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company and was required in connection with obtaining regulatory approvals for a transaction not involving the Company.
