Resignation of Directors

On June 21, 2024, Jeremy Miller and Tan Bien Kiat resigned as directors of the board (the “Board”) of directors of Society Pass Incorporated. (the “Company”), including their positions in the committees of the Board, effective immediately. The resignation of Jeremy Miller and Tan Bien Kiat were not a result of any disagreement with management or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
