(a)(1) On January 7, 2022, Mr. Samuel Konig notified the company of his intent to resign from his positions as Executive Vice President and Director of the Company as of January 7, 2022. Mr. Konig's resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
