On September 23, 2022, Lawrence Illg submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Udemy, Inc. (the “Company”), effective September 23, 2022. Mr. Illg’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
