As of April 28, 2022, there were 219,246,028 shares of the registrant’s no par value Common Shares (“Common Shares”), the registrant’s only outstanding class of voting securities, outstanding.

Explanatory Note

This Amendment No. 1 to the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q/A amends our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed on May 2, 2022 (the “Original Filing”). The Original Filing inadvertently omitted the Certification of the CEO and CFO pursuant to Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and the Certification of the CEO and CFO pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 1350 (the “Certifications”). With the exception of the inclusion of the Certifications, there were no changes to the Original Filing.
