The Company held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 1, 2020.  A total of 19,166,421shares (approximately 88.94%) of the issued and outstanding shares of USANA common stock were represented by proxy or in person at the meeting.  The following matters were submitted and voted upon at the Annual Meeting:
