Separation of Units
On November 14, 2025, the Company issued a press release to announce that holders of the Company’s public units may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants underlying such public units commencing on November 20, 2025. The Class A ordinary shares and the warrants are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols “VACI” and “VACI WS,” respectively. Holders of Units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the public units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.

Viking Acquisition Corp. I Announces the Separate Trading of itsClass A Ordinary Shares and Warrants Commencing November 20, 2025
New York, NY - November 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Viking Acquisition Corp. I (NYSE: VACI.U) (“Company”) announced today that holders of the Company’s public units may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants underlying such public units commencing on November 20, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one third of one redeemable warrant of the Company. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade.
Those public units not separated will continue to trade under the symbol “VACI.U.” The Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbols “VACI” and “VACI WS,” respectively. Holders of public units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the public units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.
