On December 28, 2023, Susanne Meline tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors of Catheter Precision, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. There was no disagreement between Ms. Meline and the Company with respect to any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
