Resignationof Conn Flanigan as Member of the Board of Directors
On September 14, 2022, Conn Flanigan resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of LiquidValue Development Inc. (the “Company”) and as the Company’s Secretary. Mr. Flanigan’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
