Resignation of the Chief Financial Officer

On October 24, 2024, Shibin Yu, the chief financial officer (the “CFO”) of UTime Limited (the “Company”), resigned from his position as the CFO of the Company, effective immediately. Shibin Yu’s resignation was due to personal reasons and not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.

Appointment of the Interim Chief Financial Officer

On October 25, 2024, the board of directors of the Company appointed Hengcong Qiu, the current chief executive officer the Company, to be the interim CFO, until a permanent candidate for the CFO position is confirmed.
