Powerbridge Technologies Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), announced that effective on May 18, 2021, Yuping Ouyang resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, including from her committee positions on the Compensation Committee, the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and as chairwoman of the Audit Committee for her personal reason. Ms. Ouyang’s resignation is not as a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
