Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 23, 2025, AA Mission Acquisition Corp. II (the “Company”) announced that, commencing on October 29, 2025, the holders of units issued in its initial public offering (the “Units”), each Unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Ordinary Shares”), and one-half of one redeemable warrant (the “Warrants”) with each whole Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Ordinary Share at a price of $11.50 per share, may elect to separately trade the Ordinary Shares and Warrants included in the Units. No fractional Warrants will be issued upon separation of the Units and only whole Warrants will trade. The Units not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “YCY.U.” The Ordinary Shares and the Warrants will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols “YCY” and “YCY.WS,” respectively. Holders of Units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the Units into Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants.

AA Mission Acquisition Corp. II Announces theSeparate Trading of its Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants, Commencing October 29, 2025
WOODLANDS, TEXAS, October 23, 2025 – AA Mission Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: YCY.U) (the “Company”) today announced that commencing October 29, 2025, holders of the units sold in its initial public offering (the “Units”) may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the Units. Each Unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the Units and only whole warrants will trade. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable.
The Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbols “YCY” and “YCY.WS”, respectively. Those Units not separated will continue to trade on the NYSE under the symbol “YCY.U”. Holders of the Units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company’s transfer agent, in order to separate the Units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.
