On December 6, 2024, Mark Bailey resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Bailey’s decision to resign from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
