As the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and given his long tenure; with the Company, Mr. Vartanian brings to the board extensive experience in the Company’s business with particular expertise in the oversight and execution of the Company’s business strategy, along with product development, marketing,; sales, finance and the global safety products industry.
