Thomas F. Kissinger

Our senior executive vice president, general counsel and secretary since August 2013. Prior thereto, he was our secretary and director of legal affairs from August 1993 until being promoted to general counsel and secretary in August 1995. He was promoted to vice president, general counsel and secretary in 2004. He also formerly served as our interim president of Marcus Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Kissinger’s experience with our Company since 1993 in various positions, including his current role as our senior executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, led to our conclusion that he should serve as a director of the Company.
