Deirdre Evens

Ms. Evens was appointed executive vice president and north america general manager, records & information management of the Company in July 2018. Prior to this role, Ms. Evens served as executive vice president and chief of operations of the Company from February 2018 to July 2018. From July 2015 to February 2018, Ms. Evens served as executive vice president, chief people officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Evens served as executive vice president of human resources at Clean Harbors, Inc. (“Clean Harbors”), from September 2011 to July 2015. From June 2008 to September 2011, Ms. Evens served as executive vice president of sales and marketing at Clean Harbors. Ms. Evens currently serves on the board of directors of Regency Centers Corporation, a publicly held REIT. Ms. Evens holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
