Stephen H. Marcus

Our chairman of the board. In January 2009, he retired as our chief executive officer, a position he had held since 1988. Mr. Marcus’ long-time service as our chief executive officer and chairman of the board led to our conclusion that he should serve as a director of the Company, including as our chairman of the board.
