“The ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent on the Company obtaining adequate refinancing of its Senior Credit Facility before its maturity in August 2027. We fully expect the refinancing will be completed before the maturity of its Senior Credit Facility. However, there is no assurance that the Company will be able to obtain sufficient additional funds to refinance these maturities or that such funds, if available, will be obtainable on terms satisfactory to the Company, and therefore substantial doubt exists about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”View the 10-Q filed May 4, 2026
