Item 5.07    Submission of Matters to a Vote by Security Holders

On May 15, 2025, the Company held its Annual Meeting; 19,120,912 shares were represented by proxies or voted at the Annual Meeting, or 89.65% of the total shares outstanding. At the Annual Meeting, shareholders elected all of the 10 director nominees named in the Company’s 2025 Proxy Statement for a one-year term until the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and to serve until his or her successor is elected and qualified; and ratified the appointment of Moss Adams LLP as the Company’s Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Final voting results from the Annual Meeting are as follows:
