(b) On January 15, 2025, John Allison notified Moelis & Company (the “Company”) that he is retiring from the Board of Directors of the Company effective as of the same date. The Company thanks Mr. Allison for his 10 years of service and the value he has added to our Firm. “John has been a trusted advisor to the Company and a mentor to me for much of my career. Our Company has benefited greatly from his deep philosophical commitment to ethics, free market capitalism and objective thinking. We are grateful for a decade of his partnership and dedication.” commented Ken Moelis, Chairman and CEO.
