On May 9, 2022, Planet Fitness, Inc. (the “Company”) reported that Jeremy Tucker, Chief Marketing Officer, departed from his position with the Company, effective as of May 9, 2022. As a result, Mr. Tucker is entitled to the rights and payments set forth in the Company's Executive Severance & Change in Control Policy, which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, filed on May 7, 2021.
