Patrick J. Callan

Director since 2002, President since 2006 and Chief Executive Officer since 2008; Senior Vice President of First Washington Realty, Inc. from 2004 to 2005; Vice President of Real Estate for Kimco Realty Corporation, a real estate investment trust, from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Callan joined us in 2002, as a director, with significant experience in commercial leasing with a publicly traded REIT and thereafter served as a senior executive officer of another REIT. He brings to the board his leadership abilities, his expertise in acquiring, managing and owning a diverse portfolio of real estate assets and his extensive knowledge of our company based on his 19 years and 17 years as our president and chief executive officer, respectively.; 63 Years
