Bob Olsen Lane, Spokane, WA. It will be open from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. today. The CRC will offer a place to charge small electronics, get water and snacks, and learn more about the power outage in your area. Public safety is embedded in all our operational decisions, including during high-fire-risk conditions.
