On June 26, 2024, Mr. Jack Kenny notified Biomerica, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) and all committees thereof, and as the Company’s Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Kenny’s resignation was not a result of a disagreement with the Company, known to an executive officer of the Company, on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
