Former Interim Chief Financial Officer For Messrs. Toy, Wai and Priest, amount reflects a base salary increase effective as of October 14, 2024. Represents the aggregate grant date fair value of RSU awards granted in 2024 computed in accordance with FASB ASC Topic 718, as discussed in Note 14 to our Consolidated Financial Statements included in the Form 10-K. Note that the amounts reported in this column reflect the accounting value for the RSU awards and may not correspond to the actual economic value that may be received by the NEO from the award. No stock options were granted to the NEOs in 2024, 2023, or 2022. Represents (i) payments made under the Company's annual cash bonus program for the performance period beginning July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 2024, and (ii) payouts under the 2023 Cash MIP for the First Measurement Period. For all except Mr. Ronan, amount represents the Company’s matching contributions to our 401(k) plan. Amount for Mr. Ronan reflects payments made to AP Services, LLC, an affiliate of Mr. Ronan's employer, AlixPartners, LLP. For Mr. Ronan's services, the Company paid AP Services, LLC, 195,000 per month in professional fees from January to May of 2024 and a monthly administrative fee of 5,850, as well as expenses of 1,105 for a total of 1,008,897. Mr. Kuipers commenced employment on April 29, 2024. Mr. Leffler served in the role of Chief Financial Officer until his departure from the Company on January 26, 2024. Mr. Wai's base salary increased from 475,000 to 495,000 on October 14, 2024. Mr. Priest's base salary increased from 475,000 to 495,000 on October 14, 2024.
