Britton T. Taplin

Self-employed (personal investments). From prior to 2021 to present, Mr. Taplin serves as a Director of NACCO. From prior to 2021 to present, Mr. Taplin serves as a Director of HBB. As a member of our Board for more than 15 years, Mr. Taplin has extensive knowledge of the forklift truck industry and the Company. Mr. Taplin is the grandson of the founder of NACCO and brings the perspective of a long-term stockholder to our Board of Directors.
